Fab makes his own Artisan Dough; what is an Artisan Dough Maker? Artisan follows specific rules and protocols from ancestral traditional methods making sure the environment & ingredients work in harmony. This knowledge is acquired over time where passion for good food and desires to please. The results are light Pizza Dough with unmistakable flagrance, tasteful and all better digestibilities.
Fab add to his pizza dough; its own recipes tomato base; fresh toppings and 100% Mozzarella. Fab use an Italian Miller that started to make Pizza flour back in 1805, their Excata flour combined with Fab Artisan method, while baking its Pizzas in his Stone baked Wood Oven distinguish himself from his competitors.
